Michael: Here's the informal way to ask 'How much is this?' in Afrikaans.
Dewan: [Normal] Hoeveel kos dit?
Michael: First is a word meaning 'how much'
Dewan: [Normal] hoeveel [Slow] hoeveel
Michael: Next is the word meaning 'cost'
Dewan: [Normal] kos [Slow] kos
Michael: Last is the word meaning 'this'
